Coronavirus Emergency: how we reorganized ourselves
The Coronavirus emergency requires us to make common sense choices in respect of everyone: customers, employees, suppliers and the whole society.
The priority now is to protect the health of our employees and all the people who work with us. At the same time, our commitment to guarantee the most innovative accessibility solutions remains strong and solid. Improving the quality of people’s daily life is our goal and at the same time our desire, which is renewed every day, even in emergency situations like the one we are all experiencing.
How do we react to Coronavirus? What consequences does this emergency have on our business?
How we rearrange ourselves in the days of the Coronavirus
If there is one thing that Coronavirus has imposed on all of us, it is to act with awareness and immediacy. For this reason, we immediately adapted to comply with all the necessary safety measures, as indicated by the government authorities, in order to protect health and prevent infections.
We are temporarily closed but continue to guarantee our assistance service
Starting from Monday 23rd March 2020, we suspended our production activities of stairlift and platforms lifts until 3rd April 2020, in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers signed on 22nd March 2020. Despite this, we continue to be there, to support you and to guarantee our assistance service. How do we do? We are at your side remotely, working in Smart Working mode. We have organized ourselves in such a way as to be able to manage all commercial and technical assistance activities effectively and promptly.

The context, we find ourselves in, working today is certainly not simple. For this reason, we would like to thank our employees, customers and suppliers for the commitment and responsibility they use to take the field every day because this allow us to continue on our path: improving people’s quality of life.
[UPDATE TO APRIL 1st 2020]
We take note of the new Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers signed on 01/04/2020, with object the extension of the Coronavirus containment measures. Our production activities will remain closed until April 13th, 2020, unless further legal provisions in this regard.
We sanitize our company
These days of suspension of the production activities are an opportunity for us to carry out a professional sanitizing treatment of all company spaces: premises, production departments, showroom and common areas. To deal with it is Mellon Giordano, a company that has been expert for years in sanitizing surfaces and outdoor environments. Here they are at work!
