It is our belief that the way to grow jointly with our partners all over the World is to offer them a tangible service and support before and, most important, after sale.
This support is realized mainly through theoretical training organized at Extrema’s premises as well as being at their side at the first installations. Also, the Extrema’s Aftersales team is always ready to support our Partners on the phone at any stage of the product’s life (first installation, testing, maintenance, trouble-shooting, spare part handling).
The close collaboration with our Partners enables us to know and, consequently, effectively react to their specific demands.
