A security vulnerability is a hardware and/or software security flaw identified in a product that could expose, or has exposed, it to attacks by hackers.

Please note that the more details and information you provide, the better we will be able to analyse the vulnerability and develop a possible solution. In particular, the report should include:

• The exact product identification details (product name and serial number)
• A detailed description of the identified vulnerability and the conditions under which the product's abnormal behaviour occurred or continues to occur

Once we receive your vulnerability report at the email address indicated above, you will receive an initial acknowledgement of receipt. Subsequently, once our analysis has been completed, you will receive a response regarding the outcome.
